Arc. Mike Oziegbe Onolememen - Honourable Minister of Works is a chartered Architect and professional construction manager of over 25 years cognate experience in the private and public sector in Nigeria, Arc. Mike Onolememen holds the Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, the Master of science degree in Architecture, and the Master of science degree in Construction management. He is currently rounding up work on his Ph.D dissertation in Public Policy and Administration.

Bukar Goni Aji - Permanent Secretary
Bukar Gani Aji is a BA (Hons) History graduate of University of Maiduguri. After graduating he lectured for several years before he became the Assistant Secretary in the Public Complaints Commission, Maiduguri. After this role, he worked from 1991 to 1995 as Principal Secretary for the first and second military administrator of Yobe State and also the first civilian governor of Yobe State
